Developer of Class-A multifamily and retail community located at the Congress Heights Metro Station in the District of Columbia. This project was awarded by the District of Columbia Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development after a Competitive RFP process. This project will include a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units along with a neighborhood serving childcare center and fresh food concept.
