Developer and Co-General Contractor of this 296- unit apartment community in the heart of the Columbia Heights community in Washington, DC. Banneker was awarded the development rights to this project after the tenant association exercised its Tenant Opportunity to Purchase  (TOPA) rights. Banneker acquired the existing 72-unit LIHTC-financed property in September 2022 and currently completing designs for a 296-unit mixed-income affordable and market rate apartment community on the site.
