Project Overview

Banneker Ventures served as the prime contractor for the demolition of an existing Credit Union area to expand the Health Care Center at the FDA White Oak Federal Research Center.

The project scope included:

• selected demolition of existing walls

• ceilings

• finishes

• construction of new walls, millwork, ceilings, and finishes

• updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate the new construction.
