Banneker is serving as the General Contractor for this civil construction project along Platt Ridge Drive from Jones Bridge Road to Montrose Drive.

This project consists of 500 linear feet of roadway extension of Platt Ridge Drive in Montgomery County, Maryland. The scope of work also includes two Bio-Swales, 217 linear feet of retaining wall with architectural finish, 430 linear feet of sewer line, storm water management, four Manholes and seven Inlets.
