This project consisted of the replace of 1,900 linear feet of underground utilities (water, sewer and storm), full depth reconstruction of roadway, installation of new sidewalks and 360 linear feet of retaining walls, landscaping and roadway striping. This was the largest infrastructure project awarded to a small business by the Montgomery County Maryland Department of Transportation.
