In this clip, courtesy of CNN, Dr. Fauci is speaking from the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), one of 27 institutes and centers of the National Institute of Health (NIH) located in Bethesda, Maryland.  Banneker Ventures was the design-build contractor that managed the design and construction of the three-phase project, to include the space from which the doctor spoke about COVID-19 in the video.

The 2017 project included the transformation of existing conference rooms, offices, work stations and storage rooms. The scope of work consisted of HVAC, fire protection, electrical, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment).
