Banneker is partnering on this five-story, 34-unit apartment building located at 1101 Euclid Street, NW, Washington, DC, in the heart of Columbia Heights. The project includes a combination of unit renovations as well as TOPA renovations, common spaces, and the building’s exterior. This property is four blocks from Howard University’s main campus and three blocks from DC USA, an 890,000-square-foot retail development that includes a Target, Best Buy, Panera, DSW, Marshalls, and more than a dozen other national retailers.
