Project Overview
Banneker served as the Design-Build Contractor for a six (6) passenger traction elevator modernization project in this 14-story building, which houses multiple tenants. The scope of work included the full design and construction to include installation of new power units and controllers, installation of in-ground cylinders, installation of new elevator cabs and doors, modifications to elevator machine rooms and elevator shafts, installation of new electrical systems, new elevator controllers and other systems, and maintenance of the elevators that have been modernized.
