Project Overview

Banneker Ventures served as the General Contractor for this 12,829 sq. ft. new office and shop building for Montgomery County’s Parking Lot Districts (“PLD”). The project is aimed at consolidating the maintenance and meter teams for the County’s PLDs providing office space and a shop for meter repair and maintenance. The new building structure consists of a steel structure and masonry bearing walls on concrete foundations. This two-story building is fully-sprinklered and LEED Certified.
