The Phase I Rental Flats will be the third phase of the Barry Farm Redevelopment Project, delivering 90 modern rental stacked townhomes. Forty-two of these homes will serve as replacement units for residents returning to the Barry Farm community. Each home will feature in-unit laundry, with family-sized options that include a mix of one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom units. Residents will also enjoy access to green space and a new bike trail planned along Firth Sterling Avenue.
