Project Overview

Banneker served as the General Contractor for this iconic 26,250 sq. ft. community hub designed by Sir David Adjaye. Constructed using innovative mass timber, the project integrates retail, dining, greenhouse, educational, and multi-purpose event spaces, setting a new benchmark for sustainable design and community revitalization.
