With more than 20 years of experience as a developer, attorney, and executive, Eric brings deep expertise in public-private partnerships, mixed-use development, and operational leadership. At Banneker, he plays a central role in scaling the firm’s systems, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering on a $1 billion pipeline of urban, affordable, and mixed-income developments across the country.
Prior to joining Banneker, Eric was the Founder and Managing Principal of Evergreen Urban, a real estate development and investment company focused on urban markets, particularly in areas with a need for social and environmental impact. Eric oversaw the development of more than 1 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate. He successfully planned and structured more than $2 billion in development transactions including leading the redevelopment of iconic sites like Walter Reed and advised on high-impact public-private partnerships nationwide.
Eric also served as a law partner at Tiber Hudson, where he advised on complex land use, tax-incentivized finance, and inclusive economic development strategies.
