Banneker offers the following services: General Contracting and Construction Management services. GENERAL CONTRACTING: Banneker provides project planning and construction services for public and private clients. Complementing the firm's construction division is our extensive experience representing third party owners as construction/program manager in the role of owners representative. Our general contracting services include: pre-construction services/project planning, cost estimating, schedule development and control, subcontractor management, site management, project accounting, safety assurance, project accounting, quality control and close-out and commissioning. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Banneker provides every conceivable CM-related service for public, private and public-private clients, including developing a program; creating and evaluating project budgets and schedules; negotiating and entering into contracts with professional service firms; working closely with architect and engineering firms to ensure quality construction documents; managing the permit and approval process; developing cost accounting and reporting strategies; coordination of temporary and permanent utilities; and monitoring and coordinating daily construction and close-out activities. |
