Our REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT division provides a full range of real estate development services for Banneker and non-Banneker projects using the most innovative approaches in design, finance and construction.

These services include developing governmental approval strategies; developing project schedules, budgets and cash flow analysis which incorporate current construction cost data, as well as soft cost expectations; developing and refining the project's program; structuring the project team; identifying potential debt and equity partners; preparing comprehensive investment offering documents that provide detailed information about the project for evaluation by potential debt and equity partners; conducting tours of sites; negotiating investment opportunities into the project; and developing, implementing and coordinating community group and citizen advisory forums.
