VIEW FROM WATERFRONT PARK

Joiner Shop Lofts is an adaptive-use, residential and retail development to include the conversion of a 157,000 square foot warehouse into a 170-unit apartment and retail project. This project is the first residential building that will be completed at The Yards, a large-scale, mixed-use redevelopment of a 42 acre former annex to the Washington Navy Yard. When completed, The Yards will include 2,700 new condos and apartments, 400,000 square feet of restaurants and assorted shops, and 1.8 million square feet of office space.

Originally constructed in 1918, the Pattern Shop Lofts will offer incredible views of the waterfront, access to the Washington Nationals' Stadium and the new $42M Park at the Yards. The Park will include a riverfront promenade, vast open lawns for community gatherings and outdoor events, gardens with benches and colorful plants, a riverfront courtyard, canal basin and waterfall, and pedestrian bridge.
