Banneker provided the technical planning, management and support services necessary to successfully deliver design, construction and furniture installation throughout the GSA’s Regional Office Building in Washington, DC.  Our scope of work included space analysis reports; verifying the accuracy of as-built drawings; conducted meetings to develop office layouts; monitored and coordinated the project design; provided workflow analysis and recommendations for block/stack diagrams, preliminary space plans and design intent drawings; developed design solutions that reflect the programmatic needs of the agency; prepared project budgets; as well as developed and implemented a systematic approach to manage and monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement and change orders.
